Dr. Barbaros Kinoglu is a known cardiac surgeon in Turkey. He is a faculty member of Medical Park Hospitals Group and has 31 years of experience. Dr. Barbaros Kinoglu is one of the most recognized cardiologists in Turkey. He then completed undergraduate studies in medicine at Istanbul University Edirne Medical Faculty, graduating in 1981. To specialize in cardiology, Dr. Kinoglu undertook medical specialty education at the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of Istanbul University Cardiology Institute from 1984 to 1989. Dr. Barbaros Kinoglu is very experienced and has been a member of many hospitals in Turkey. He completed two years of compulsory state service at Koşuyolu Heart and Research Hospital from 1989 to 1991. From 1992 to 1996, he worked as a specialist doctor at Istanbul University Cardiology Institute, Department of Cardiovascular Surgery. Dr. Kinoglu received the title of associate professor in 1997 and continued in this position until 2001 at Istanbul University Cardiology Institute. He received advanced trainings abroad in different countries. These include training in:Coronary bypass surgery and heart valve repair at OLV Hospital in Aalst, Belgium, and Brussels Military Hospital.Surgical procedures for complex congenital heart anomalies at Marie Lanne-Longue Hospital in Paris.Surgical techniques in valve diseases and rhythm disorders at Hospital Bichat in Paris. Coronary bypass surgery and heart valve repair at OLV Hospital in Aalst, Belgium, and Brussels Military Hospital. Dr. Kinoglu contributed to the establishment of Cardiovascular Surgery clinics at Memorial Şişli Hospital and within the Medical Park Health Group. Then, he was appointed professor at Istanbul Kemerburgaz University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. He also contributed to the establishment of the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Medicine in 2017.
